This caregiver has an entire week that was paid in OT for no reason. We don't just pay km's and OT without flagging it first and verifying it. We are very strict about OT and all our clients pay it. Something isn't right her but she was not put in as OT, I can even see that in clear care. She is marked as just regular pay in each shift with the exception of Jan 1.
