He feels that with all the turnover he experienced he deserves a discount from the price. The caregivers have been stable for some time now, we just had a few hiccups when she was positive when someone shifts were unable to be filled. I resolved the issue with Anne, the rate was properly fixed. He is just trying to save more money. I will call him again today to discuss.
