Weekly mail confirmation is probably not necessary. The services for the most part have been good. There has been some hesitation on taking my mother out as he mobility is not great and it can be a process. The one main issue for the lower score is the minimum hours a week that is required to have the services. Many seniors are on a fixed income so it makes it difficult financially when imposing a 'minimum hours a week'.
