This change is consistent with our direction of building the policy to the le= ast common denominator so as to have a universal policy for all of our Canad= ian corporate and field support team members. This was adjusted In conjunction with the launch of this policy, all accrued vacation time would be paid out in the first pay period following the new policy's effective date of 6/1. Vacation pay accruals would be discontinued as of 5/31 unless a team member elects to have the accrual continue as allowed by the new policy. For those that do not elect for an accrual, their vacation pay would be included in each paycheck as the vacation pay scheduled included herein. At this point, I'm extending the review group of this policy to include Legal @Steve Koyanagi and Payroll @Germaine Daniels for their review, questions and/or feedback.
