We went live with the final 5 Canada locations last Wednesday (5/15) and our customers are trying to access the videos in the invite link to learn how to use Versapay. However, the video link is not working. Can you please provide an update on how we can get this fixed for any future invites as well as a working link we can provide our already integrated customers? The sooner the better would be really helpful and greatly appreciated. Thank you!
