When a shift is added to their schedule it doe= s typically update in the app after refreshing it. The issue is actually after the fact. Shifts are showing in the app after be= ing scheduled and then suddenly disappearing. For example we scheduled a shi= ft last week for this week on the 31st. It appeared in the app for the careg= iver and then disappeared later leaving the caregiver thinking the shift was= removed and cancelled. Resulting in a no show. This happened last week with Mari Glodowicz on October 24th as well. Her shi= ft was there on the weekend but by Monday it had disappeared despite being i= n clearcare still. Luckily she called about it.
