Unfortunately, you don't have any vacation days right now. You still have negative value. Last time you took vacation days that were paid in advance by Chuck requested. We can't do that right now, because you still have negative value. We have 2 options for you now: 1. You have 32 hours il lieu ( You worked for Vancouver). So, we can use 3 days from there. Or, 2. You have 5 sick days this year. So, we can use 3 days from there. Please confirm which one you want then we will proceed. Otherwise we will process as a unpaid vacation days. We think we have spoken several times regarding Canada Vacation Policy with the Key. If you don't have a copy, please let me know. I will forward a copy to you. As per Canada Vacation policy with The Key, We do not pay employee's all vacation days together. To get paid vacation days we have to perform service. For example, we worked for the company then gained vacation days.
