As I look through it, there are many cases where clients have CGs being paid 0 for regular shifts and only overtime which would indicate they have hit their regular pay with other clients. Wondering if there is a way to sort this list also by caregivers (maybe it's a separate report) which will then show what clients they supported and the same relevant data of CG Margin, etc. This way it would identify CG's that are being over utilized and highlight the opportunity for the staffing/scheduling team to address.
