We recommend utilizing the JIRA service desk to report issues for a more timely response. I've double checked the Rules configuration around weekend unicom messages, and Kathryn's email address appears correctly configured into the Rules from my end. Please clarify the following to assist in troubleshooting: 1. Is it possible that the emails were getting sent to Kathryn, but ended up in a different folder such as Spam? 2. Who got the message with no name attached? Was that from Cheryl, or Kathryn? 3. Are others aside from Kathryn getting the emails as expected? If so, we can consider just adding Kathryn to the broader mavencare@thekey.com email user group, but only if that makes sense from an information access perspective.
