One thing I've noticed with the JIRAs is I used to get an email every time there was a response, but I am no longer getting those emails, and therefore don't know when a follow-up is done unless I manually log into the JIRA website. I've filled two JIRA about this. Has this process changed? 1. Is it possible that the emails were getting sent to Kathryn, but ended up in a different folder such as Spam? *No, nothing in spam or junk folders.* 2. Who got the message with no name attached? Was that from Cheryl, or Kathryn? *Cheryl who forwarded it to Kathryn.* 3.
