We're able to provide a summary invoice but not a breakdown of the time spe= nt on individual tasks. My colleague Sandra will send that over shortly. Best regards to you, Caroline and Anthony. I just got back t= o the office following a vacation. Sorry for the delay. As we discussed on the phone today, Home Care Assistance is no longer in a = position to provide Anthony Smith with care services. This is due to two fa= ctors. 1. The requested schedule of Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9am to 1pm is= very difficult to staff with consistent personnel as most HCA employees re= quest occasional weekends off which then requires replacements. 2. Given the change of personnel required, Anthony has had a difficult time= adjusting. He has a times been demeaning towards our staff which has also = resulted in turnover. It is our opinion that Anthony cannot remain in his home environment withou= t 24/7 care. All transfers should also be performed by two caregivers given= Anthony's size and limited mobility. I wish we would have been able to provide a better and more consistent serv= ice to Anthony. Should you have any additional questions, please don't hesi= tate to contact me. All the best to you, Caroline and Anthony. Tim. -- Timothy Thomas Client Care Manager Home Care Assistance (Montr=C3=A9al) Inc. 4464 Ste.
