--000000000000b3bfb405fbe82648 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Joey, The reason that there is a different number on Google now is that we finally added the Callrail tracking numbers to the Canada GMB pages, which is in line with our attribution best practices. We should have let you know ahead of time so you wouldn't be caught off guard, apologies. Please note all Canadian GMBs will now have separate tracking phone numbers. These are all set up through CallRail, which Montreal has been on since we acquired the location. We inherited the setup from the 20Eight Digital agency and the Montreal website phone numbers all say "This call will be recorded for quality assurance." at the beginning in English. We set up the GMB phone numbers in the same way as the website phone numbers (used for calls from the website for organic, paid, etc). The GMB phone numbers route to the same numbers, in Montreal's case that is 514-907-5065. Tim worked with IT to set up new IVR recordings as part of TheKey brand transition. If the CallRail greeting or IVR recording needs to be changed, please work with IT to do so. Separately, I will set up a call for us to talk about call tracking in general, as well as to learn more about your operational processes now that we are focused on making sure attribution is working seamlessly for the Candian offices for paid advertising.
