The only information I was able to obtain f= rom Shaw was that there was an outstanding balance for the account (Account#= 039-4986-9297 - Phone Number 204-489-6000) which resulted in it being close= d. Shaw mentioned that the account has been inactive since February, so we'l= l have to call them and address that issue.
