The only information I was able to obt= ain from Shaw was that there was an outstanding balance for the account (= Account# 039-4986-9297 - Phone Number 204-489-6000) which resulted in it = being closed. Shaw mentioned that the account has been inactive since Feb= ruary, so we'll have to call them and address that issue.
