Initially, = there was communication to use our Home Care Assistance slide deck until = we switched to TheKey in late January. Somewhere along the way, this was = switched to use TheKey orientation. We are pleased to do this, but the = reports I am getting back from the Ambassadors are that some of the = information doesn't apply to Canada. (Not to mention, there is no French = version of the orientation available). The ability to have a Canadian = version of the slide deck would be welcomed.=20 =20 We only have four ambassadors for all of Canada, managing upwards of 900 = to1000 caregivers. Thus in-person orientation in two markets is not = reasonable, as the ambassadors don't live in the cities. In addition to = this, we are waiting on a National Care Academy account for training = support.
