When questions come up around Canadian offices and orientation decks, the message is "business as usual" for orientation until the necessary changes are made. The message to the Canadian Caregiver Ambassadors has been consistent on documenting orientation: Canadian CGAs should not be marking TheKey Orientation in ClearCare/WellSky as complete until they are using TheKey Standard slides. Otherwise, reporting would reflect something other than what was done. I hope this helps. I am available, if needed, for a meeting.
