She requested that I ask the client when he issued the e-transfer and the amount. I reached out to Ali and Sumira last week after my call with Mr.Bloom to let them know the status of what the client is requesting and if this is a possible write off. I have not heard back from either one of them. I am looping in Gerard as well so that he is aware of the call we received.
