This is missing the two main changes we discussed last month/earlier this month: 1. Each market should have a slide after the numbers that goes over the two areas below. To recap, I want to shift the conversation away from wh= at the numbers are for the market (we can all read those in the slides) to = the "why" behind the numbers and the "how" for how the campaigns are being managed. Your team has so many insights, I want to make sure we go throu= gh them in detail. - what contributed to the change in metrics for the market in the previous month (both positively or negatively) - the primary focus/optimization areas for the market in the current month 2. The forms slides should call our how many forms were contact us forms vs care inquiry forms - We should have new ads accounts and a plan for changing the callrail form tracking by the end of this week/early next week - Please also remember to change "Leads" to "Forms" on the callrail slides because both calls and forms turn into leads when they are ent= ered into Salesforce, so we'd like the nomenclature to be consistent. Also, for reference, here is how we saw each market perform in May (data has updated through June 11th).
