We generated 100 leads and 29 of them became opportunities but only 4 have hit SOC. For context, we saw about a 23% opportunity to SOC conversion rate for May, which was a dip from our 35% average for this year (which is where we want to be). We also saw a dip in lead to SOC conversion, but we want to be in that 10%+ range, which Canada has been at if we look at our 2023 numbers to date, but is much below for May. Toronto is the primary market to dive into since we are generating strong lead numbers but low opportunity numbers. Vancouver is also a top market to review because they had 9 opportunities but 4 closed before the assessment and 2 closed after. We're continuing to increase their budget so we want to make sure they can handle the additional spend. There are still 3 open assessments so checking to see if those will move to SOC will also be a huge help as that will dramatically improve May's metrics.
