Maybe you did this but just to review again... When assigning an interventionist, go to the interventionist's name, then click on Assign under the Assign Client column. Then find the client's name, and click on the status, Not Assigned. From there, it will automatically regenerate as "interventionist successfully assigned". She should be able to see the IP now.
