Jay Bradley - Vancouver - The business growth in Q4 is going to be driven by Vancouver Coastal Health and Amica retirement. Include VCH and Amica in your top 5 targets. - Include key SLCs in the SAP - Amica West Van, Amica White Rock, Amica Edgemont, Amica Lion's Gate, Verve Langley, Sunrise of Vancouver, Sunrise of Lynn Valley. - Meet with Nelson and his team at Vancouver Coastal Health (Lunch & Learn format). The current referrals from VCH is originating from Lion's Gate hospital. Build on a business plan to penetrate other hospitals in Vancouver and/or Greater Vancouver. - Great to see a prominent rehab centre (SNF) added to the SAP - GF Strong - Include 3 trusted advisors in the list of 20 - TD Wealth Private Trust already has referred 2 clients - Incorporate marketing/revop projects in the SAP - Bring GCM to SLC, Mindfit series (2 with Amica) - Connect with Bayshore contacts to understand the dynamics between private and public pay. Cindy Skulsky - Winnipeg - Business growth is expected to be from Revera and Brightwater SLCs; will represent the top 5 in the target ranking. - Incorporate Revera Waverly & Rosewood, Wellington, Portsmouth along with Brightwater Tuxedo and Lyndon Point. All seniors SLCs - 6 properties and 1 Riverwood square property going to be included in the targeting exercise. - Huge opportunity to penetrate Long-Term Care business with "one-to-one companionship"; funding is through Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA). Revera LTC (Heritage Lodge) will be targeted. - Angela Gentile (GCM) to be leveraged as a power partner and can be a great connector to WRHA.
