The way OT works here is it is time and a half. So it would depend on = what the caregivers are making with Complete Care as well. And how many = hours they are doing with Complete Care.=20 But worst case if we run the numbers at $18 per hour (plus the extra 9$) = every hour they are in OT, it would total the caregiver making 27$ an = hour for every hour extra they work outside of the 40. Since the clients = are billed at $28-32 an hour, we would make no profit (even lose money = after taxes) on these cases. I wonder if there is another solution or way to resolve this?=20 =20 On Mon, Sep 27, 2021 at 4:50 PM Audra Williams = > = wrote: Great find, Joey! =20 I will let Caroline and Inna be the final say, but to my knowledge we = would not want to disrupt the clients care at all due to an acquisition. = We want to keep it as seamless as possible and with minimal = interruptions. =20 =20 Would you mind including what the amount of OT for each would be? =20 =20 Best, =20 On Mon, Sep 27, 2021 at 1:45 PM Joey Taylor = > wrote: Good Afternoon Everyone, I was looking over the schedules of some of our current employees that = also work with Complete Care.=20 Gelyn Dasoc - Works 36 hours per week with HCA Carmelita Alburo - Works 40 hours per week with HCA Roxanne Destua - Works 26 hours per week with HCA Noemi Fernandez - Works 40 hours per week with HCA Sera Heeralal - Work 15 hours per week with HCA Once an employee works over 40 hours per week, they hit overtime rates. = I suspect that some/most of these employees will now be in OT once the = buyout is complete.
