So it would depend on what the caregivers are making with Complete Care as well. And how many hours they are doing with Complete Care. But worst case if we run the numbers at $18 per hour (plus the extra 9$) every hour they are in OT, it would total the caregiver making 27$ an hour for every hour extra they work outside of the 40. Since the clients are billed at $28-32 an hour, we would make no profit (even lose money after taxes) on these cases. I wonder if there is another solution or way to resolve this?
