I understand that it might be accurate to report this headcount somewhere else if they support multiple locations, but if we opened up new cost centers like this for everyone it would not be best practice nor practical given our size and the scalability of that practice

If a new cost center is created for this allocation it will need to go through approvals and be built by the finance and HR teams. After that pre-work is done, a cost center in workday could be created.
