Overall, it seems to be due to the new account and should continue to improve with time. However, I asked them to look into Mississauga because I expected it to do better this month since they transitioned more than two weeks ago. While the transition to the new account does come with the difficulties of restarting the learning period, we should be able to reap the benefits soon by optimizing toward leads instead of calls/forms (once we get enough information back into the account). I'm OOO tomorrow and Friday but will continue to keep an eye on things with them next week.
