I have successfully ported the main Mavencare Office Number ( 416-855-2333) over to the 8x8 system so your team should all be receiving live 8x8 calls on that system from that number. 2. As discussed with Cheryl, there are difficulties with the other two Mavencare lines. For the "Sales" line (647-484-0632), this number will never be able to be ported because it is the Pilot number linked to the entire Mavencare phone system. I was told that if we take this number away, everything breaks so we will never be able to port this. The good news is not very many calls come into this but Mavencare folks were told they should have never used this as a Sales or Marketing or publicized number. Tim/Cheryl - given this new information, please make sure everyone has removed this number from their websites, marketing materials, etc. 3. Additionally, with the Mavencare toll free number (855-526-2702), we won't be able to forward this until the Mavencare NY team is on 8x8 so this will be delayed. The good news is that there also aren't many calls coming to this number either so these will remain on the old system for now, unfortunately. 4. I am still working on the HCA Toronto Number. The problem is the main number you're using is hiding as an Auto-Attendant number in your phone account and we can't forward that without turning it into a wireless number. I need to work with someone locally on this. Can someone call me at 650-799-7990? On Fri, Jun 17, 2022 at 11:38 AM Taneshia Persaud wrote: > No you do not need to be.
