My concern was recently validated when Will reported the new CGs are refusing to work on weekends, as well. @Timothy Thomas - I'd like for you to press Ali more on weekend staffing at some point, if not now. *Chad Everitt* President- East Division & Canada Mobile: 202.262.8318 [image: TheKey] ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Ali Puckett Date: Wed, Aug 21, 2024 at 4:18=E2=80=AFPM Subject: Re: Medallia Score- Cincinnati To: Chad Everitt Cc: Timothy Thomas , Audra Williams Chad- This particular client started 2 years ago receiving 5 days a week of care, and then eventually added Sunday first, then a Saturday in the last year-which is wonderful. She didn't want the full weekend at first, however , which would have set us up better to find a caregiver to fill both days ongoing. Since wanting us to add a Saturday she also specified that she only wanted a caregiver in that shift if the person is willing to be ongoing. We have managed to find a caregiver that will go EO Saturday ongoing but still have an opposing Saturday open each month at times that is open. So at most we have 2 shift gaps a month. All of the new caregivers we have talked into trying out the assistance of this client EO saturday ongoing have not wanted to return due to the high level of care needs this particular client needs due to his hoyer lift, and the demands they receive from his wife while there. Recently he has also started making sexual comments to the caregivers, making them uncomfortable, that we have discussed with his wife but we also understand are all part of his disease process. We have been very consistent for 2 years with 6 days of care and 7 days every other week. We also sometimes pay non billable OT for one of his current caregivers to pick up the Saturday that is open every other Saturday. I am surprised she gave us a score this low due to this. She always raves about her current care team to us. Is there anything else I can assist you with regarding this?
