She did not follow protocol to call off as she texted someone but doesn't know who. She said it was too far.' Poulami has already spoken with both night caregiver, Lachhmi who was not supposed to leave. Lachhmi tried to call the office to ask if she could leave, but got no answer from A365. She emailed Poulami the screenshot of her calls and she had called the correct Waterloo office number. She also spoke with Melika and explained the importance of calling, not texting or emailing cancellations. I already spoke with Elizabeth and told her that there was miscommunication with shifts with all the cancellations and replacements due to the weather yesterday. I apologized to her and she accepted the explanation. Joan is still in the hospital being triaged. Elizabeth will let me know if care is needed for tonight. She is still waiting to hear if her hip is actually broken.
