I've created this up to date report, li= nked here , to identify current client settings between the NetSuite and ClearCare systems for your review. See the bullets below for a breakdown of this report. Please review and let me know if you have any questions. - Clients with setting discrepancies between systems are listed as "Needs Local Office Review". - If errors are identified please make any necessary changes to the client settings in ClearCare *and* update the Local Office Partner Notes column of the report for these lines. - This will ensure we have line of sight to any clients who have been billed with incorrect tax settings thus far and determine next steps. - While creating this document I noticed that some clients are tagged in ClearCare as tax exempt, but others are not. - As a precaution, I added notes to identify the clients not billing taxes and *not* tagged as tax exempt, just in case any of these clients were affected by the ClearCare tax settings prior to the integration.
