Teruo worked until Mr. Noda we= nt to ER on 5/2/2022. (Mr. Noda went to SNF on 5/4/2022 and RCFE on 6/17/2022. He passed away peacefully in the 4th week of July, 2022.) - 5/11/2022: Naomi had a meeting with Teruo in person to help him access his paychex account. *Informed him that we had no jobs available for him. He would like to wait for the next opportunity.* - 6/2/2022 and 6/15/2022: Naomi had a meeting with Teruo in person to give him extra help to access his paychex account. * Informed him that we had no jobs available for him. He would like to wait for the next opportunity.* - 7/1/2022: Tomomi followed up on the Caregiver Connect app via email. - 1st week of July: Naomi spoke with Teruo regarding paychex and job availability. *Informed him that we had no jobs available for him. He would like to wait for the next opportunity.* - 7/29/2022: Naomi spoke with Teruo. *Informed him that we have no jobs available for him. He would like to wait for the next opportunity.* Thank you.
