TIm, not sure if Taneshia is confused with Intercom but there are minimal leads that come in through this portal. I would say at most 1 lead a feet that is potentially looking for foot care. Not sure we are getting the ROI we would want just based on that. I also don't think Taneshia is a user in the portal, I don't think she was set up, was she @Audra Williams ? Aside from that, minimal DQL interaction for NY, so for us we can cancel. My feedback would be to cancel and do without this additional provider.
