Constant erroneous errors on billing. Staff not matched well with client. New staff unable or unwilling to read and follow written directions. When new staff are provided they do not have an basic understanding of the job. Often Not provided with overlap training for new staff. Staff that take training modules often have to use a smart phone to do the training. Value for cost not worth the money spent.
