Can you please copy and paste this verbiage into the form for more clarity? @Dennis Fancy feel free to change the Winnipeg part. Performance: Over the weekend, during Shyanne's on-call shift for Calgary on Saturday, January 25th, she did not respond to an emergency scheduling email for Sharon Walsh or follow up on the email after it was sent. It wasn't until 4 hours later, when the client reached out again and another email was sent, that Shyanne followed up. In addition to this, in Winnipeg, a prospective client called inquiring about services; while the call was answered, the gentleman was told he would receive a follow-up email, which he did not receive the email and the inquiry was not mentioned during Monday handoff for the team to follow up on. Not following up with current clients or potential clients risks our reputation and how reliable clients view us. The delay in follow-up with a current client or potential client risks us not being able to fill a shift, loss in revenue, or clients looking elsewhere for assistance. We also run the risk of losing a client all together if they begin to believe that we are unreliable or aren't available to them.
