As a recruiter, these past two weeks have been the worst since I started with Home Care Assistance, not being able to hire but one caregiver that later on, withdrew her application due to our low pay. Many refused an interview during the phone screen as their salary expectation is a minimum of $20/hour. Extreme cases have requested $25. I know this is always an ongoing issue, but I can see the frustration of our schedulers not being able to fill the shifts. Looking forward to getting support in this matter.
