I wouldn't however advise just cutting her pay and hours as this could be viewed as constructive dismissal. I would like to have a conversation with legal before changes are made to either of them and have reached out to connect on this already. Can someone please confirm Gagandeep's schedule prior to leave and Shyanne's current schedule so I am clear on this.
