I originally thought Karen Montani was successfully changed to "Waterloo" but after pushing it through to Clear Care, I noticed Karen wasn't in Clear Care and in Salesforce it was showing "No Office" again. The location for Karen is correct now, but still isn't coming up in Clear Care, is there a way we can retrieve Karen Montani in Clear Care? I will look through the Canadian Zip code attachment.
