We're still seeing only 4 SOC when there were 29 opportunities. 14 of them closed before assessment and 6 closed after so it would be really helpful to know what's causing leads to drop out of the funnel. Two opps are still open, two assessments are still open, and 1 client has not started care yet. Similarly, in June, we are able to see 38 opportunities but only 3 SOC. 14 opps closed before assessment, and 1 closed after assessment. Similarly for the leads, it looks like Toronto had 38 in June with 10 still open and 5 opportunities vs a market like Vancouver that had 40 but already has 10 opportunities with only 2 leads still open. Understanding what sort of issues Toronto is seeing with the leads will help us optimize the campaigns.
