I would have to delete it though before the import, as Ceridian won't recognize the field/data. Once I create all the caregivers, I can prepare a list with the names and employee numbers as well that can be passed on to Mavencare. We enter the employee # in the "External ID" field in ClearCare. I am not sure how that would work with Mavencare, but we can figure it out. Yes, the CSV export is only for caregivers. For office staff, if they are on salary, it basically takes care of itself each pay (unless I tell the system to override the amount for whatever reason). For hourly paid office staff, I get time sheets and then key in their pay manually since there aren't many staff members. If there was a larger group of office staff, we could create the same type of csv file and do an import, but honestly with so few people, it's more work that way. Hope that helps and let me know if I can provide any other info!
