Hi Timothy,

Happy Tuesday.

The following 3 people should have received an email requesting a change to
their Salesforce account email address (see image below for an example)
from *"**QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com <QA_SUPPORT@salesforce.com>".*

Shawntel Sousa
Denis Yancy
Melissa Caltagirone

Could you please make sure that they click on the link that was
auto-triggered via Salesforce. We are cleaning up our Salesforce accounts
for everyone who has a SF login. This was not spam or a phishing attempt,
but was an automated Salesforce email to switch your email address
from HomeCareAssistance.com
to TheKey.com.

The Salesforce have tried to reach out to them individually to click on the
link, but have not been successful. Could you please have them do this in
the next 72 hours? Please let me know if you have any questions or
concerns. I've cc'ed Terrence Vetter on this thread (our Head of IT and
Security) so that he can allay any phishing concerns.

Thanks,
Phil
