In the future we need to be following the protocol though that if we see km's we flag before paying and same with OT. Clear Care has OT rules calculated for us in Toronto but in Oakville and Waterloo these are manipulated manually and our team is not responsible for that. This is a fairly costly mistake so flagging OT is vital. We can't see this from our end as it appears in the shifts to be all regular pay.
