I have not heard back = from Lisa Quesnelle since her original response. I surmise it=E2=80=99s = because she has asked for paperwork on several occasions to validate the = debt and we have been unable to produce it. If you read her email below, = it does not appear that they will negotiate without out it. Here in the = states, you can still file a breach of contract lawsuit even if you do = not have a contract in place however, I am not sure if that is the case = in Canada. Please let me know your thoughts and how you would like to = proceed. =20 Gerard =20 =20 From: Timothy Thomas =20 Sent: Thursday, August 3, 2023 10:47 AM To: gerard.draetta@thekey.com Cc: Ali Malik ; Laszlo Kovacs = Subject: Re: FW: Helen St. Pierre =20 Hi Gerard, =20 We do not have a signed consent agreement for this client. The = operations team was told at the time by our HCL that the facility where = the client resides would be paying for the services and subsequently = billing the client. In April the facility told us that they would not be = handling payment and to send the invoices to the POA Lisa. As I previously advised Ali, Ms. St. = Pierre's financial advisor has requested a copy of the signed contract = before he will consider releasing funds. =20 To be clear, I am unable to negotiate terms that have not been = previously agreed upon, nor can I understand the source of your = purported $96,000 claim without the contract. =20 Once I am in receipt of the contract, I will be in a better position for = further discussions. =20 =20 Thanks, Lisa =20 _____ =20 From: gerard.draetta@thekey.c
