We have filtered on employees where we have a significant disconnect between the Comp team calculations and the original field submission. Note: *Most of the West Division Goals for April and June just needed to be reduced by 3% from the original field submission considering that* April and June have 30 days vs 31 for our March baseline and May. The Comp team made those adjustments, so no further action is necessary. We need your help in confirming the Goals for those highlighted in the attached that Chad & Melissa approve to use in Plan Documents, and then we will prepare those for distribution. We have 85% to 90% of employee goals ready, so your help is much appreciated in working with the RDs on confirming/determining the remaining Goals.
