Here is the status of these clients: Sheila Grosett - Her POA is a bank and because of this, they are paying by EFT. I therefore uploaded our banking information in lieu of another PAF. POA documentation is also uploaded. Maria Molnar - CCA is now complete. I will coach our CSM on how to use Adobe Scan on her phone so that we avoid png uploads in the future. Harry & Dorthy Mesz - all docs are now uploaded to the client profile in CC= . Joan Havinga - all docs are now uploaded to the client profile in CC.
