We made it to Finland and are enjoying our time with family. We are 10 hours ahead of PST if you need anything. There is one thing that is time critical while I am off and it is determining where we open up reqs for the 8/15 cohort class. This might be a topic for the SOM huddle because we will need these reqs in ASAP to fill for 8/15. We also need names of hiring leaders and mentors. Melissa has a nice way of organizing it and it might be a best practice to share. See below and link is here . It does represent 7 Recruiters (only 3 adds) though and this is just 1 division. @Benjamin Lewis , How does this align with the data you ran? Does the data support that Melissa needs Rs in these locations?
