We'll need to ensure the individual CG meets any travel requirements to the US, which are dependent on the status of the caregiver (citizen, permanent resident, etc.) Given the short timing of the trips, visas aren't an issue. On the client side, is there an agreement from the client as far as the client paying for all required travel time for the caregiver? In addition, who is responsible for watching the client after 10 pm if there's an issue? Is there another person there to support such that the caregiver is completely off duty and can leave the premises, etc.? We can definitely make this work, but just want to make sure we're all aligned on the above. Thanks.
