It is the =E2=80=9Clive-in=E2=80=9D s= ituation. If there is an emergency then they will need to be available. She cannot leave the premises during the night. I can ask Natacha if there are family members or friends nearby as a backup in case an emergency happens and the caregiver is up all night and then needs to rest, or this can be done when Vanessa calls to discuss rates. Let me know Timothy just a note, those dates are 2 week periods not 3. So 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. They pay for travel time (considered a work day) and airfare. They also provide transport to and from airports. On Oct 27, 2022, at 11:43 AM, Steve Koyanagi wrote: =EF=BB=BF Couple of quick comments. We'll need to ensure the individual CG meets any travel requirements to the US, which are dependent on the status of the caregiver (citizen, permanent resident, etc.) Given the short timing of the trips, visas aren't an issue. On the client side, is there an agreement from the client as far as the client paying for all required travel time for the caregiver? In addition, who is responsible for watching the client after 10 pm if there's an issue? Is there another person there to support such that the caregiver is completely off duty and can leave the premises, etc.? We can definitely make this work, but just want to make sure we're all aligned on the above. Thanks.
