Please ensure you are creating a complete *C*ognitive - *P*hysi= cal -*E*motional/Behavioral profile for a minimum of five clients and their caregivers. I've confirmed that the five attributes for each category have been added to your WellSky URL's. To clarify, here are the testing scenarios we'd like you to complete: 1. Update three existing active clients that you had previously tested before by adding in the emotional/behavioral piece, both in Wellsky on their profile and by updating the project tracker spreadsheet. 1. Create a C-P-E profile for the associated caregiver in Wellsky and add to the spreadsheet tracker. 2. Test 2 new clients by creating a C-P-E profile, and creating a C-P-E profile for the associated caregiver. Updated in wellSky and on the spreadsheet tracker.
