Hello Care Match Pilot Team,
We have a small but mighty ask. We recently added a third profile,
Emotion/Behavioral to Care Match. We are looking to get your support to
complete some additional testing. The five Emotional/Behavior
attributes have been added to each of your WellSky URL's.
Below are the scenarios we are looking to complete testing on:
1. Update 3 existing active clients that you had previously tested
before by adding in the emotional/behavioral piece, both in Wellsky on
their profile and by updating the project tracker spreadsheet.
1. Create a C-P-E profile for the associated caregiver in Wellsky and
add to the spreadsheet tracker.
2. Test 2 new clients by creating a C-P-E profile, and creating a C-P-E
profile for the associated caregiver. Updated in wellSky and on the
spreadsheet tracker.
*Testing Deadline: *Monday March 31st
*NEW Emotional/Behavioral Attributes *
E0: No Emotional or Behavioral Needs
E4: Mild Emotional or Behavioral Needs
E3: Moderate Emotional or Behavioral Needs
E2: Significant Emotional or Behavioral Needs
E1: Severe Emotional or Behavioral Needs
