We corrected this on Friday and indexing can take up to 48 hours, so it makes sense that you see a peak on 9/3. Indexing is how organic postings move from iCIMS to Indeed.ca etc., but it is either on or off, it is not a dial that can be turned to adjust the volume. Sponsored posts and the associated spend is not related to indexing. Historically, this has been managed by the recruiters through separate Indeed accounts, not through AppCast. Although Sky submitted a request to consolidate these accounts into the US AppCast account, this has not been approved or prioritized by Execs. The direction I received is that sponsored posts for the Canada team should continue to be managed in the same manner they followed with JazzHR.
