Sandra and I were able to speak briefly this morning and the details of our conversation are below. - 4 out of 9 of caregivers had experience with caregiving - Sandra mentioned the biggest opportunity is training caregivers - She mentioned that Joyce can be difficult and can understand both sides of Joyce's frustration and caregivers - Joyce loves Jennifer and only wants her - Jennifer is very experienced, knows how transfer Joyce, she is proactive and great at initiating - Sandra mentioned to Joyce that there needs to be a back up to Jennifer and can't just rely on her and Joyce was not to keen - Sandra thinks it would be helpful to interview Jennifer on how she has been so successful with Joyce if haven't already - Sandra feels that this would be helpful in finding other caregivers and also training them Please let me know if you have any questions.
